Paul does not mention the miracles of Jesus, because he is focused on the greatest miracle of them all, viz. the crucifixion.
For Paul, we have a miracle-kerygma faith.
“Paul lines up Abraham’s faith in God’s miracle of ‘resurrecting’ Abraham’s ‘dead body’ with the Christian believer’s faith in God’s miracle of resurrecting the crucified Jesus Christ (Rom 4:19, 22-25). For Paul, the gist of Abraham’s fiath is his faith in God’s promise to work a miracle for him. Accordingly, the gist fo a Christian believer’s faith is his/her faith in god’s promise of salvation offered on the basis of the greatest miracle of them all…”
“It can be seen then that the miracle and the kerygma are inseparable in Paul’s faith. The kerygma is the miracle.”
“Paul develops the Abraham story in Jesus into a full-blown doctrine of justification by faith which equates Abraham’s faith in God with the Christian believer’s faith in Jesus the Son of God.”
